Parkside Residence was designed as a contemporary family home that balances clear geometry with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The architecture supports everyday family life through spatial clarity while remaining warm and inviting rather than minimal.
Natural materials — wood, decorative plaster and stone — are layered to create depth and coherence across the interior. Consistent tones and textures flow between spaces, shaping an environment that feels grounded, peaceful and carefully composed.

The ground floor is designed as a calm, open-plan living and dining space with integrated seating, TV zone, fireplace and built-in storage. A curved marble kitchen island acts as a sculptural centerpiece, while pocket doors conceal appliances to maintain visual clarity. Wooden wall cladding wraps from the entrance into the dining area, with the hallway, guest WC and HVAC-integrated ceilings carefully engineered to blend seamlessly into the main space.
Upstairs, three bedrooms were planned with long-term use in mind. Children’s rooms combine flexible play areas, comfortable sleeping zones and smart storage. The master suite is conceived as a private retreat with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom finished in travertine, wood and warm tones, defined by clean geometry and restrained detailing.
