Veniz Penthouse — Interior Design in Limassol, Cyprus

The architect's home:

This spacious apartment was designed as a balanced composition of private living spaces and generous areas for hosting. The layout supports both everyday use and larger gatherings, with clear spatial hierarchy and fluid transitions between functions.

The interior language is modern and restrained, defined by a layered use of textures and natural materials — wood, marble and textiles — creating depth without excess. A wood-clad kitchen and dining area anchors the public zone, adding warmth and material continuity.

The two-sided living area unfolds into distinct yet connected zones, including a cigar lounge, billiards area, and seating area/ TV zone. A central column with floating glass shelving on both sides acts as a functional divider, maintaining openness while subtly organizing the plan.

Private areas follow the colour accents theme — terracotta and clay tones combined with wood — alongside integrated LED wall panels. Storage was planned in detail, with custom built-in wardrobes designed around the owners’ belongings. Bathrooms continue the material palette with red terracotta tile accents, marble niches, and concealed LED lighting within ceiling niches.
