A restrained contemporary apartment in Germasogeia defined by pure geometry.
Arles Residence is a compact two-bedroom apartment in a new residential development in Germasogeia, Limassol. The project explores clarity, proportion and rhythm, creating a calm, modern space shaped by light and contrast.
The interior language is deliberately minimal: clean geometric lines, vertical and horizontal sequences, and a restrained palette of graphite, off-white and neutral tones. Large windows flood the apartment with natural light, reinforcing its open, stripped-back character.

The layout prioritises spatial clarity within a compact footprint. Open-plan living is organised through precise geometry and integrated custom elements, allowing the space to feel structured yet light. Concealed lighting along panoramic windows and within bespoke carpentry adds depth without disrupting the minimal composition.
Private areas remain intentionally understated. Subtle warmth is introduced in the master bedroom through upholstered wall panels and wood accents, softening the otherwise graphic interior. Throughout the apartment, materials, lighting and detailing are carefully controlled to create a refined, contemporary atmosphere with a quiet sense of sophistication.
