Evora Apartment – Modern Interior Architecture in Limassol, Cyprus
A restrained modern apartment in central Limassol, defined by structure and contrast.
Evora is a contemporary apartment designed within a new residential development in central Limassol. The project explores clarity of space, strong geometry and a controlled, architectural aesthetic, prioritising openness and proportion over decoration.
The interior balances a calm, neutral base with deeper, darker accents, creating a composed, almost masculine atmosphere that feels intentional, precise and distinctly modern.

The layout is organised around an open-plan living area with generous glazing and a clear spatial hierarchy. The living room is anchored by an architectural TV wall that acts as a visual focal point, while the kitchen introduces graphic elements and darker tones to add depth and contrast within the open space.
Materials are deliberately restrained: solid, tactile surfaces are paired with lighter, neutral backgrounds to keep the interior balanced and uncluttered. Throughout the apartment, the design language remains minimal and controlled, resulting in a clean, confident space where form, proportion and materiality take precedence.
