Kyoto is a showcase interior for a premium residential development by Domo Properties, designed to communicate lightness, balance and spatial ease. The concept focuses on openness and restraint, using an off-white palette to amplify natural light and enhance the sense of volume.
Subtle references to Japanese aesthetics appear through symmetry, vertical rhythms and softly curved forms, while texture, concealed lighting and carefully placed wood accents bring depth without visual weight.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area unfolds as a continuous, fluid space, visually extending toward the panoramic terrace through full-height glazing. Interior and exterior zones are treated as a single environment, with gentle transitions and a consistent material language reinforcing the connection between inside and out.
Detail is intentionally understated. Off-white surfaces are layered with texture and integrated LED lighting to create atmosphere, while select wood elements ground the composition. Organic forms, soft curves and precise proportions shape a calm, contemporary interior that feels both refined and effortlessly livable — an elegant expression of modern penthouse living.
