A compact family villa in Ypsonas, Limassol, designed around light and flexibility.
Sunrise Residence is a two-storey private home within a new residential villa development in Ypsonas, Limassol. Working with a compact footprint, the project prioritises spatial efficiency, clear zoning and generous natural light to create an open, well-balanced living environment.
A neutral palette is layered with warm wood accents and subtle textures. The design focuses on adaptable, multi-functional spaces that support everyday family life while remaining calm, coherent and long-lasting

The ground floor is organized around an open living, dining and kitchen sequence, structured to accommodate multiple functions within a limited area. A double-oriented modular sofa defines the living zone, integrating a TV wall and speakeasy bar cabinet on opposite sides. The kitchen features a breakfast counter alongside a dedicated round dining table, with large windows bringing in abundant natural light throughout the space.
Private areas are intentionally restrained. Bedrooms follow a calm palette with minimal detailing, where texture and proportion leads the design. Children’s rooms have dedicated study zones, generous storage and interchangeable colour accents, ensuring flexibility as needs evolve. Throughout the house, materials and layouts were selected to remain adaptable over time.
