Ulysses Penthouse was designed as a flagship interior for a new residential development by Domo Properties, aimed at showcasing the quality, vision and lifestyle of the project to a premium buyer audience.
The concept balances calm refinement with subtle character, using a restrained palette, localized colour accents and a strong spatial focus on light, openness and indoor–outdoor continuity.

The apartment is organized around a generous open-plan living area where kitchen, dining and seating form a single, cohesive space. Large glazing and a wide adjacent terrace blur the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing natural light and views to shape the atmosphere throughout the day. The layout is designed to feel open yet composed, supporting both everyday living and entertaining.
At the heart of the interior is a sculptural floating TV unit with soft curved edges, suspended between ceiling and floor to preserve visual lightness and uninterrupted light flow. Integrated kitchen elements, smart storage solutions and a carefully arranged seating zone complete the space.
