The renovation focused on preserving key historical elements, including original wooden sash windows, window sills and selected mouldings and cornices. New interventions were introduced in continuity with the apartment’s heritage: herringbone engineered wood flooring, classical cornices and gypsum ceiling panels emphasize the generous ceiling heights and reinforce the neoclassical framework.
Against this backdrop, the interior adopts a confident contemporary language. Custom furniture and carpentry introduce organic curves and bold finishes, while modern art becomes a defining layer throughout the apartment. The layout includes a spacious living area with a full-height library wall, a separate kitchen, a light-filled master suite with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, a guest bedroom with en-suite, and a dedicated home office for two with integrated storage.
